What you'll be doing:
-
Manage and support two contracts, both located in Swindon. Veolia supports the two contracts in the form of a waste and cleaning working within GMP environments.

Day-to-day communication with client representatives on site, as well as attending relevant governance and technical meetings with the client.

Management of site team, ensuring all legal, corporate and duty of care responsibilities are met, including Safety, Health & Welfare of staff

-Technical and commercial evaluation of required sub-contracted services

Provide statistical information for budget preparation and preparing and presenting tenders

Financial management and reporting of the contract to the Senior Contract Manager including preparation of budget forecasts and track to plan for financial costs.

Experience / knowledge of the waste management industry.

What We Do
Veolia UK provides solutions for ecological transformation. We are a company of almost 14,000 employees, although we prefer to think of ourselves as “resourcers”. Every day across the country our “resourcers” design and deploy useful and concrete solutions, which help our customers fight against climate change, prevent pollution of our water and create a circular economy where nothing goes to waste.
Every year, we serve around 1.8 million people through our municipal wastewater contracts. We complete over 400 million waste collections across our Local Authority contracts, serving over 3 million residential properties; and we treat over 1.5 million tonnes of commercial and industrial waste from our 85,000 private customers.
