The Card Present Integration Lead will manage card present integration projects, coordinating activities and vendor relationships while providing updates to management. The role involves supporting teams with card present knowledge and ensuring operational efficiency to meet key performance indicators.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the company’s card present integration projects and related activities, to expand our device offering to clients.
- Provide regular reporting and status updates to management, documenting the progress of all project activities.
- Handle the relationship with vendors used for our card present device testing systems.
- Keep up to date with industry updates relating to card present processing.
- Support other areas of the business with card present knowledge, expertise, and training, when needed.
- Strive for operational efficiency throughout all responsibilities undertaken.
- Assist with, and make every effort to, achieve all department key performance indicators and service level agreements.
- Motivate and lead the Card Present Integration team members, to ensure that the expected service levels and performance standards of the team are achieved or exceeded.
- Perform regular performance reviews for the team, set individual training targets and build training programs for the team members
- Initiate department training when knowledge gaps are discovered.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service/ technical support/testing role ideally obtained from working in financial services sector
- Previous payment card industry experience gained from an acquiring bank or online payments institution would be highly desired.
- Previous experience with EMVCo Level 3 Terminal Integration Testing is required
- Holding a Bachelor degree (or equivalent) in Information Systems / Information Technology / Business & Computing will be considered an asset
- Be technical minded, creative in visualization, critical thinking, inductive and deductive reasoning and be able to problem solve
- Be able to prioritize and multitask while observing high quality standards
- Be fluent in English both written & spoken
