Lusha is changing the B2B sales experience with a new approach called Sales Streaming. It allows salespeople to search for any lead in the world, then our AI finds them better ones, keeps them streaming and does outreach for them. This means they can now spend most of their time actually selling.

We’re looking for a Business Operations Partner to join our organizational development & culture team within HR. A unique kind of thinker-doer: someone who connects strategy, culture, operations, and data - and helps turn them into real, lived experiences in the organization. This role sits at the intersection of how we think, how we work, and how we grow - supporting alignment, clarity, and adaptability across teams.

You’ll also help drive cross-organizational projects that reflect the CEO and management team’s top priorities -turning vision into action through clear planning, communication, and execution. You’ll help the company move forward, together.

What will you be responsible for?

  • Ensure execution of CEO and management priorities with focus and agility
  • Facilitate coordination, progress tracking, and communication
  • Translate strategy into organizational priorities and ways of working
  • Partner with leaders to embed culture in processes, systems and workflows
  • Co-design operating models, rituals, and cadences
  • Collaborate closely with all Business units, bring people together around shared outcomes and timelines

Here’s what we need from you:

  • 5+ years of experience in senior roles such as Business Operations, Project Management or Strategic Operations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications in Project Management, Agile, etc. are a plus.
  • A systems thinker who connects strategy, operations, people, and culture.
  • A natural project driver — able to plan, coordinate, and move ideas to execution.
  • Experienced in org design, transformation, or strategic operations.
  • Strong analytical capabilities (AI savvy, ability to gain insights from complex data etc.)
  • Collaborative, curious, and not afraid to ask big, messy questions.
  • Inspired by helping organizations align from the inside out.
