We’re looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst to join our finance team and play a critical role in driving and impacting business success through data-driven insights. As a Senior FP&A, you will partner with our Go-To-Market and will have a direct impact on revenue growth strategies, sales efficiency, and ROI by managing key SaaS performance indicators.
This role will work closely with our Sales and Marketing leadership – to provide strategic financial insights that optimize growth investments and improve revenue performance. You will report to the FP&A Director and be part of the finance team in our Tel Aviv offices.

You will:
- Drive FP&A Strategy – Develop, implement, and lead forecasting, budgeting, and business planning processes to support revenue growth and operational efficiency.
- Develop GTM Insights & KPIs – Identify, track, and analyze SaaS business metrics like LTV/CAC, payback period, pipeline conversion rates, NRR, churn, and ARR growth drivers.
- Enhance Revenue Forecasting – Build data-driven revenue and pipeline models, aligning Sales and Marketing spend with performance impact
- Implement Systems & Best Practices – Identify and implement FP&A tools, automation solutions, and scalable processes to support a fast-growing organization.
- Manage Annual Operating Plan, short-term and long-term business plans and support strategic growth initiatives
Requirements
- 5+ years of FP&A experience, preferably in SaaS, with a strong focus on GTM (Sales & Marketing) teams
- Experience with Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategies or top-of-funnel performance analysis is a strong plus
- Proven track record of impacting business performance (revenue) through financial insights and strategic planning
- Strong business acumen – ability to translate financial data into actionable strategies for GTM teams
- Highly analytical mindset – ability to build, interpret, and present complex financial models and analyze large datasets.
- Deep understanding of SaaS business models, including recurring revenue metrics, pipeline forecasting, and marketing efficiency KPIs
- Hands-on and strategic thinker – comfortable diving into data while also influencing high-level business decisions
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or related field (MBA is a plus)
- Expert Excel skills; extensive experience building financial models and analyzing large data set
- AI-savvy: Demonstrated experience working with AI tools, with a proactive approach to exploring new technologies and staying ahead of emerging AI trends.
