Playtech‘s land-based gaming unit Neon is looking for a talented Associate Product Manager to work as part of a product-oriented, cross-functional team building a suite of greenfield applications which will revolutionise bricks-and-mortar casinos. Working with experts in the casino industry, software development, UX design & systems engineering, you will help to connect every user, device and system in the casino to drive unique business value for our partners.

Job Description

Your influential mission. You will...

  • Support Product Managers in breaking down Product Initiatives into deliverable Roadmap features for one or more software products within the Neon Casino Management System portfolio
  • Develop a deep understanding and interest in your assigned business domain(s) appreciating the challenges and needs of our end users
  • Work alongside a team of software developers, QA engineers and UX designers to design and build exceptional software products
  • Manage and own Product Backlog(s) from the Roadmap through their lifecycle, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure that feature delivery meets business and user needs
  • Define & elaborate clear requirements using Features, Stories and acceptance criteria, collaborating with Developers and QA to ensure technical feasibility  
  • Support resource & planning activities with Developers & QA to estimate, prioritise & track backlog items for the team
  • Produce documentation & other forms of product-oriented content, and lead presentations to internal stakeholders explaining new features & releases
  • Keep up to date on the latest research & competitive landscape to ensure our products remain best-in-class
