About the Team

This position is in the Workday Global Digital Marketing team and will play a significant role in the mission to drive personalized and connected experiences that engage audiences and accelerate business outcomes. This role and the team are in the broader Global Field & Go-to-Market team who drive integrated marketing plans to generate demand in the markets we serve across the globe. We fuel Workday’s growth by delivering impactful experiences that differentiate us to our global audiences and demonstrate how they can gain competitive advantage to move business forever forward. The team is thinking bigger and bolder than ever before, fostering a higher tolerance for risk, to support building higher levels of brand equity and reputation to achieve greater lead attainment for sales.

About the Role

As an Associate Digital Marketing Manager at Workday, you will play a key role in supporting our Sr. DigitalMarketing Managers in maintaining and optimizing our digital presence. You will be responsible for organizing and project managing website-related tasks, ensuring efficient workflow and timely delivery. This includes

analyzing web performance through various reporting tools to identify areas for improvement and inform strategic decisions. The ideal candidate is meticulous, proactive, familiar with digital marketing processes, and eager to work in a fast-paced environment.

About You

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing or web content management.
  • Proficiency with content management systems (CMS) and web development processes.
  • Experience with Adobe Analytics or other digital analytics tools.
  • Experience with Drift or similar chatbot platforms.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.

Other Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with web performance optimization techniques.
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
  • Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
