Job Description: AI Strategist - Copado AI PlatformJob Summary:

We are seeking an experienced AI Consultant to support our customers and partners in optimizing their business application development processes through the adoption and effective use of Copado's AI Platform features and capabilities. This role involves deep engagement with customers and partners, understanding their Salesforce development process, implementing Copado’s AI solutions, and ensuring these solutions enhance operational efficiency and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Customer and Partner Engagement:
    • Engage with customers and partners to deeply understand their application development processes and identify areas where AI can drive improvements and innovation.
    • Conduct needs analysis sessions to tailor AI solutions that align with specific business goals and development strategies.
  2. AI Solution Implementation and Integration:
    • Lead the implementation and configuration of Copado AI Platform tools within customer and partner environments, focusing on enhancing the application development lifecycle.
    • Ensure seamless integration of AI solutions with existing development tools and systems, facilitating improved data flow and functionality.
  3. Creation of a Copado AI Center of Excellence (CoE):
    • Establish a CoE to serve as the hub for all AI-related activities within the organization.
    • The CoE will be responsible for setting best practices, sharing knowledge across projects, and providing guidance on the effective use of Copado AI technology.
  4. Training and Enablement:
    • Develop comprehensive training programs and conduct workshops for internal employees, customers and partners, focusing on leveraging AI for application development and process optimization.
    • Create detailed documentation and support materials to aid customers and partners in adopting and mastering AI tools.
  5. Partner Education and Enablement:
    • Design and deliver educational programs and resources to enable partners to effectively sell, implement, and support Copado AI solutions.
    • Organize and lead enablement sessions that equip partners with the necessary knowledge and skills to advocate for AI integration in development processes.
  6. Project and Change Management:
    • Manage timelines, resources, and deliverables for multiple AI implementation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
    • Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption and minimal disruption during the AI integration phase.
  7. Performance Analysis and Optimization:
    • Regularly evaluate the performance of implemented AI solutions, using metrics and feedback to assess their impact on customer and partner development processes.
    • Recommend and implement system enhancements and upgrades to optimize the use of AI in the development environment.
  8. Customer and Partner Feedback and Product Evolution:
    • Actively gather and analyze feedback from customers and partners regarding the functionality and impact of AI tools.
    • Collaborate with Copado’s product development teams to drive continuous improvement of AI products based on real-world use and customer needs.
  9. Industry Advocacy and Thought Leadership:
    • Serve as a thought leader in AI-driven development processes, sharing insights and best practices through industry forums, articles, and speaking engagements.
    • Promote the benefits of AI in application development and contribute to broader discussions on AI ethics and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • Extensive experience in AI consulting, with a specific focus on application development and process optimization.
  • Demonstrated expertise in implementing AI solutions within complex software development environments.
  • Strong understanding of Copado AI Platform features and capabilities.
  • Exceptional project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Work Environment:

  • This position may require travel to client and partner sites and flexibility to work across different time zones.
