JOB DESCRIPTION
Leads and drives Energy Advisory Services across Asia Pacific, collaborating with service teams, business development, and regional stakeholders to deliver high-impact opportunities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and execute Energy Advisory projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-regional teams and service areas to deliver consistent project outcomes.
- Apply specialized expertise in wing energy and resource assessment to support project execution and development.
- Ensure compliance with company methods, procedures, and best practices.
- Prepare technical advisory reports with support from the Engineering team.
- Present key findings and represent UL Solutions to customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, supporting business development and repeat business.
- Coordinate and guide team leaders to foster customer engagement and business growth.
- Lead or contribute to project proposals, risk identification, mitigation strategies, and budget management
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
- Support procedural development, cross-training, and resource sharing across regions.
- Represent the team at industry events, conference, and client meetings.
- Travel to project sites, regional offices and headquarters as required (approximately 30% of the time)
- Perform additional tasks as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Wind Energy or Engineering related field.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as an Energy Analyst for wind projects, with expertise in wind energy and resource assessment.
- Offshore wind experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in Windographer, Openwind, QGIS, or similar energy assessment tools is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Quick learner, adaptable to new methodologies and procedures.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
