We’re seeking a Senior Visual Designer with strong editorial and concept design experience. In this role, you’ll collaborate with sales, marketing, product, internal comms and the creative visual/ design team.

This is a dynamic opportunity for someone who enjoys combining sports, innovation and design, whilst working with in strong brand identity

Main Responsibilities

• Create strong branded visuals across all areas of the business.
• Conceptualise and present ideas to the wider marketing team.
• Modern editorial design that delivers impactful long form documents for our customers.
• Work closely with the designers and marketing team to deliver impactful work.
• Own projects from brief kick off calls, ideation to final delivery,
• Contribute to the creation and refinement of brand identities, editorial layouts, and digital design assets.
• Provide creative solutions to sales and marketing needs.
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices.
• Ensure smooth communication between stakeholders, the design lead, and the project coordination team.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of professional experience in visual design, with strong focus on editorial layout and branding.
• Portfolio demonstrating high-quality work across digital, editorial, and branding projects.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Basic knowledge of motion design (e.g., simple animations, GIFs) is a plus.
• Ability to refine ideas and generate innovative design solutions.
• Highly organised and capable of managing multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Self-motivated and adaptable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or equivalent work experience

• Experience working in the sports or tech industry.
• Familiarity with remote collaboration tools and workflows.
• Knowledge of UI/UX fundamentals
