We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Client Operations to join our BNY Pershing Wealth Services team. This role is located in Manchester.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Own and maintains core Client Service relationship, attending service review meetings, capturing meeting actions and follow up with operations and relevant departments.
- Ownership and resolution of issues that require multiple departments, complexity, compliance, or financial exposure.
- Review trends, identifies and supports training needs, within the team and with clients
- Client Programme Manager liaison point with other BNY Mellon Client Services teams
- Conduit for formal client communications and client questions that are not BAU related
- Liaison with Relationship Managers where strategic opportunities are identified.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Experience in an operational area and/or client services.
- Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required with an MBA preferred.
- Experience in managing or maintaining client relationships.
