Position: UK Digital Marketing Coordinator

Location: Milton Keynes with hybrid working opportunities

Job type: Full time, Permanent (37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday)

Reporting to: UK+ Content & Communication Manager

About the role

The UK Digital Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in executing digital marketing tactics and campaigns across our retail stores and eCommerce channels, while also supporting digital brand initiatives. Using data-driven insights, digital advertising platforms, and localised marketing efforts, this role focuses on increasing in-store and online traffic, enhancing customer engagement, and driving sales conversions.

Success requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks while meeting deadlines. The Coordinator will work closely with UK+ Marketing Communication, PR, and Retail Marketing teams, as well as European and Global marketing functions, ensuring seamless collaboration and impactful results. Strong communication and organisational skills are essential.

Key responsibilities

  • Implement paid digital marketing plans for DOTS and eCommerce using techniques such as A/B testing and targeted campaigns through Meta’s ad platforms to improve CPC and conversion rates.

  • Manage & optimize DOTS Google My Business (GMB) profiles.

  • Collaborate with retailers and third-party web suppliers to deploy Trek campaigns, promotions and launches.

  • Administer the UK affiliate marketing program (Avantlink), ensuring effective program performance.

  • Execute, monitor and optimise brand-level and product-specific SEO and email marketing to consumers & retailers.

  • Set up, monitor, and adjust product-specific paid search campaigns and shopping feeds.

  • Execute promotional eCommerce activities, including creating voucher codes and building curated product collections.

  • Assist in website merchandising efforts to improve user experience and drive sales.

  • Contribute to Brand community engagement campaigns, targeting both retailers and consumers.

  • Regularly analyse marketing and performance data, creating reports and actionable insights to support strategy refinement, decision-making, and reporting.

  • Support the Digital, MarComms & PR projects and calendar.

  • Stay informed about emerging digital marketing trends and tools, bringing innovative ideas to improve strategies.

Requirements

  • Candidates must have 1-3 years’ experience in digital marketing coordination and production.

  • Previous experience in sales conversion digital marketing is advantageous.

  • Excellent time management and pro-active goal accountability.

  • Experience in content production for use on social platforms.

  • Experience of email production/distributions systems or willingness to learn.

  • Outstanding customer service skills both internally and externally.

  • Ability to work well and build sound relationships with multi-disciplinary teams.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision on projects.

  • Highly organized and a good communicator.

  • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Familiarity with google analytics and SEO/SEM.
