Title: Treasury Data Analytics Manager

Reporting to: TBC

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing a detailed Treasury master data strategy and plan.
  • Mapping data sets to master data + cleansing/enriching/transformation requirements.
  • Collating and enriching data inline with agreed data standards.
  • Analyzing and interpreting data to create visibility for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Change the way the business Treasury & FX data to drive reporting.
  • Contribution to better understanding of KPIs and KRIs.
  • Analyzing and assessing FX Positions and Risk.
  • Building custom reporting for senior management.
  • Analyzing data trends for cash management optimization, build bottom-up models.
  • Build centralized FX and Treasury data warehouse.

Key Skills and Competencies

Technical Skills

  • Proficient in writing SQL queries.
  • Quantitative knowledge and skills, training in maths and statistics.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical Mindset - to break down monolithic problems into clearly distinct and digestible issues and then identify options to resolve them.
  • Creation of custom dashboards with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI etc.)
  • Using statistical methods to analyze large datasets.
  • Good knowledge of managing data within Data warehouse.
  • Ability to create models for forecasting/strategy.

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Data, experience in Finance is a plus.
  • Experience in Financial systems.
  • Experience in leading data science projects and delivering from end to end.
  • Analytical and logical approach to problem solving.
  • A high level of attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment.
