Are you a highly motivated Test Manager? EUROPEAN DYNAMICS is seeking a skilled Test Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead test activities, ensuring high-quality software delivery. You will collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to define testing strategies, manage test execution, and oversee defect resolution. The position is for a mixed remote and on premises working mode and based in Athens – Greece.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and implement test strategies and test plans for software projects;
- Coordinate manual and automated testing efforts, ensuring comprehensive coverage;
- Lead a team of testers, providing guidance and best practices;
- Ensure test cases align with business requirements and technical specifications;
- Collaborate with development teams to define test environments and data requirements;
- Monitor test execution, track defects, and report on quality metrics.
Mandatory
- University degree or equivalent;
- 5+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance;
- Experience with test management tools and understanding of test automation frameworks;
- Strong knowledge of functional, regression, integration, and performance testing;
- Excellent communication and leadership skills;
- Good command of the english language.
Optional
- Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies;
- ISTQB Certification is a plus.
