Job Description

As the Test Manager, you will be responsible for leading our testing efforts, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will define testing strategies, manage test teams, and drive automation while collaborating with development and business teams to achieve seamless software releases.

Qualifications

Key responsibilities

Test Strategy & Planning:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies, including functional, regression, performance, and automation testing.

  • Define test plans, test cases, and test execution schedules aligned with project goals.

  • Identify and mitigate testing risks, ensuring smooth project execution.

Test Execution & Management:

  • Oversee the test execution process, including manual and automated testing.

  • Ensure test coverage across different environments, including web, mobile, API, and cloud platforms.

  • Monitor and track defects, ensuring timely resolution.

  • Drive continuous improvements in testing processes and methodologies.

Team Leadership & Collaboration:

  • Lead and mentor a team of testers, providing guidance and fostering skill development.

  • Work closely with the product team to help refine development tickets and write acceptance criteria items.

  • Manage stakeholder communication, reporting test results, risks, and recommendations.

Automation & Tools:

  • Maintain test automation frameworks and ensure full coverage of the platform.

  • Leverage tools like Mabl to optimize testing efficiency.

  • Advocate for the adoption of test automation and best practices.

Essential requirements

  • 5+ years of software testing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

  • Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC and Agile practices.

  • Experience in performance and security testing methodologies.

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a key attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • ISTQB or similar testing certification.

  • Experience with AI-driven test automation.

  • Hands-on experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Appium).

  • Exposure to continuous testing in CI/CD environments.
