How You'll Make an Impact

  • Conduct test protocols to ensure products meet specifications.

  • Utilize safety systems to maintain an accident-free workplace.

  • Enhance test protocols for better efficiency, accuracy, and reliability.

  • Collect, record, and evaluate metrics to determine compliance.

  • Train machine operators in quality test routines and verify quality assurance testing.

  • Design, analyze, and evaluate systems, products, or components using advanced techniques.

  • Lead investigations into test issues and failures, develop solutions, and prepare reports.

  • Conduct viability and cost analysis for test equipment and assist with documentation and approvals.

Your Background

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.

  • 5 to 8 years of experience in liquid-filled power transformer testing.

  • Knowledge of ANSI, IEEE, IEC standards.

  • Strong communication skills.

  • Expertise in troubleshooting test issues and operating advanced diagnostics equipment.

  • Ability to use root cause analysis tools.
