Join our dynamic team as a Territory Sales Executive (TSE) and become an essential part of our mission to build lasting relationships with our clients. In this role, you will service and develop existing accounts in your designated area while actively prospecting for new business opportunities. You will report to the Area Sales Manager for Salons.

Location: A fully remote, field-based role, covering a territory between Norwich, Ipswich, Cambridge.

What You'll Do:

  • Be a Brand Ambassador: Represent Kao Salon Division with professionalism and enthusiasm, embodying our core values and promoting a strong personal brand.
  • Sales & Customer Engagement: Implement a structured sales plan, engaging with salons regularly to foster relationships, drive consultative selling, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Product & Business Knowledge: Gain a comprehensive understanding of our product portfolio, pricing, and colour mixing processes. Present business-building campaigns and sales strategies with confidence.
  • CRM & Performance Tracking: Utilise CRM tools to maintain up-to-date account information, monitor contract performance, manage aged debt, and plan effectively for each client interaction.
  • Training & Self-Development: Engage in ongoing professional development by attending sales capability meetings and completing training through the Atensi App. Stay informed about our company's remuneration and reward structures.
  • Operational Excellence: Keep your vehicle well-stocked with samples, leverage digital sales tools, and actively contribute to our social selling strategy.

What You'll Bring:

  • A minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
  • Open to all industry backgrounds; however, field sales experience is essential.
  • A passion for or a keen interest in the salon industry.
  • Proficiency in everyday technology, including iPads and laptops.
