Now Hiring: Territory Account Manager – Dairy Sector Location: Southwest England, M5 corridor Industry: Food & Beverage | Hygiene Solutions | Chemical Applications

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Account Manager to join our team, focusing on the Dairy sector within a defined territory. In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth and profitability across nominated accounts through strategic planning, customer relationship management, and value-based selling.

You will play a key role in delivering high levels of customer service, technical support, and sales performance, with a strong emphasis on service level compliance and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage and grow assigned dairy sector accounts to meet or exceed sales and profit targets.

· Deliver technical support, staff training, and hygiene guidance to customers.

· Develop and negotiate offers, contracts, and optimisation initiatives.

· Ensure service level agreements are met for national and regional customers.

· Identify new business opportunities and convert prospects into profitable customers.

· Implement sales plans in collaboration with Regional Managers and Key Account Managers.

· Conduct customer site visits, including occasional night and weekend work if required.

· Use CRM and reporting tools to monitor progress and manage customer data.

· Drive organic growth through gap analysis, cross-selling, and value-based selling techniques.

What We're Looking For:

· Proven sales experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on the Dairy sector.

· Degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related discipline.

· At least 2 years’ experience in dairy manufacturing or processing.

· Solid understanding of CIP, membrane systems, OPC, and chemical application processes.

· Strong commercial and technical knowledge with an ability to optimise customer operations.

· Self-driven, results-oriented, and capable of managing a diverse customer base.
