Join our dynamic Inside Sales team as a New Business Advisor, where you’ll be at the forefront of engaging new residential customers and helping them protect what matters most.   • Lead Management: Handle administrative tasks and lead tracking using Salesforce.

  • Relationship Building: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure a seamless customer journey.

  • Performance Delivery: Meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets set by the business.

What You’ll Bring

Essential Skills:

  • Strong computer literacy (Outlook, Word, Excel; training provided on internal systems)

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Target-driven mindset with a focus on results

Desirable Experience:

  • Proven success in New Business Telesales

  • Experience in consultative selling is a plus (full product training provided)
