YOUR IMPACT

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Writer to join our team and contribute to the development of clear, accurate, and user-centric product documentation for JSCAPE Managed File Transfer (MFT) solution. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and maintain documentation that meets both user needs and business objectives for this innovative solution.

  • Produce and maintain high-quality, clear, and concise documentation for technical products, including user manuals, installation guides, API documentation, and release notes.

  • Organize complex technical concepts and workflows into easy-to-understand documentation for a diverse audience.

  • Collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to gather information, clarify requirements, and ensure the accuracy and completeness of documentation.

  • Ensure documentation is up-to-date with the latest product changes, releases, and enhancements.

  • Work within a fast-paced Agile development environment and adapt to changing priorities and timelines.

  • Contribute to the improvement of our documentation processes and workflows.

  • Maintain a consistent style and tone across all documentation, adhering to established style guides and documentation standards.

  • Incorporate user feedback and analytics to continuously improve the documentation’s effectiveness and usability.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices to improve the documentation process and deliver high-quality content.

YOUR EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Communication, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Experience technical writing, specifically in creating, editing, and reviewing product documentation for Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions.

  • Familiarity with Managed File Transfer solutions.

  • Experience using MadCap (Flare, Capture, and Central) to author technical content and using Jira and Confluence to manage projects, tasks, and internal documentation.

  • Familiarity with API documentation tools such as Swagger.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
