The Technical Support Specialist will maintain computer systems, ensure IT equipment is operational, install and configure software, and troubleshoot issues in a Linux and Windows environment. They will communicate with teams to manage expectations and resolve technology needs swiftly.
Position Summary
We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist who reflects the innovative spirit, creative talent, production excellence and passion for great filmmaking that define ILM.
Partnering closely with ILM Tech teams, they will help contribute to ensure operations run smoothly for our employees.
What You'll Do:
- Maintains computer systems and associated IT equipment within our offices and facilities.
- Communicates effectively with teams to ensure equipment is always production ready.
- Efficient installation and configuration of software as well as troubleshooting and repair of malfunctioning software in a Linux and Windows environment.
- Manage end user expectations and systems issues using technical and client service skills.

- Self-starter, energetic, strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload.
Technical Skills Required:
- Demonstrated ability to perform typical network troubleshooting / performance issues.
- Strong working knowledge of Linux and Windows Operating systems.
- Strong working knowledge of VFX software
This role is On-site, which means the employee is required to work full-time on-site at a Company designated location
