For our IT team , we are looking for a
Technical Solution Owner ERP IFS (m/f/d) - UK remoteYour Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing the cloud-based IFS ERP application platform
- Steering and monitoring IFS activities according to SLA (Service Level Agreement)
- Managing the IFS Cloud Build Place as Build Place Admin
- Rolling out service updates and release upgrades
- Checking and adjusting custom objects for compatibility with service updates and release upgrades
- Coordinating and planning deliveries from Build Place to Use Place environment
- Developing automated testing procedures
- Communicating IFS developments in ERP cloud technology (Evergreen Roadmap) and preparing resulting strategic decisions
Your Profile
- Technical degree, computer science degree, or an equivalent qualification
- Several years of professional experience in a similar role
- Solid understanding of IFS architecture, processes, and integrations, as well as health-check monitoring
- Experience in handling IFS methodology and IFS toolset
- Experience in training various stakeholders (e.g., members of the IFS ERP operations team)
- Very good project management skills
- Strong analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and assertiveness
