As recognised brand leaders, Fluke is well positioned to help customers improve performance, reliability, and efficiency. A proven track record within Enterprise, CoLo, or Hyperscale Data Centre environments is essential, as is the ability to form relevant relationships and develop new opportunities.

What you will do

  • Develop and support a proactive territory plan to improve coverage, account penetration, and growth across priority Data Centre accounts.

  • Create end-user demand by working with customers, partners, and internal teams to identify and develop new opportunities.

  • Build strong customer relationships, maintain market visibility, and identify new business opportunities directly and through partners.

  • Manage and support distributor partners, develop business plans and drive to targets.

  • Promote Fluke products through relationship-building, training, marketing activity, customer support, and end-user engagement.

  • Develop into a trusted local authority for Fluke products, solutions, and applications within the Data Centre market.

  • Work with sales and marketing colleagues to prepare proposals, deliver product demonstrations, provide training, host and present seminars, and support both strategic customer projects and day-to-day customer needs.

  • Maintain accurate CRM records and manage and grow the sales pipeline through consistent prospect and customer follow-up.

  • Combine technical knowledge with clear communication to position Fluke solutions effectively.

  • Work remotely from a home office while travelling to customer sites within the territory.

  • Build and maintain positive relationships across the Data Centre ecosystem, including end users, installers, consultants, partner manufacturersindustry influencers, and relevant organisations.

  • Leverage internal Fluke support teams to support market growth and customer success.

What we are looking for

  • Proven ability to develop and support business and sales plans within an assigned territory.

  • Experience identifying, qualifying, and developing new business opportunities.

  • Ability to build customer relationships across a range of organisational levels, from engineers to senior decision-makers.

  • Ability to balance short-term commercial objectives, including quarterly orderssales targets, and customer support, with longer-term strategic growth priorities.

  • Accomplished management and ownership of distributor partnerships, creating plans and strategies and growth to targets

  • Good technical aptitude, with the ability to clearly explain product capabilities and guide customers in making informed purchasing decisions.

  • Confidence delivering product demonstrations and technical presentations to customers, partners, and industry audiences.

  • A collaborative approach to building partner relationships that support growth and customer success.

  • Experience preparing sales proposals and conducting commercial negotiations.

  • Good CRM discipline and the ability to maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions.

  • Enthusiastic engagement and management of trade shows and industry events to promote the company and its products.

  • Interest in staying up to date with industry trends and developments.

  • Be based in the UK, while also providing coverage of Ireland and the Nordics.
  • A confident, analytical, and results-focused mindset, with the ability to stay organised and motivated in a changing market.

  • Proven record of establishing and maintaining long-term sales relationships.

  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.

Experience and qualifications

  • Degree-level qualification in Electrical Engineering, Information and Telecommunications Engineering, Sales and Marketing, Business, or a related discipline would be advantageous.

  • At least three years’ relevant experience within the Data Centre ecosystem, including Hyperscale, CoLo, or Enterprise environments.

  • Strong local market knowledge, with the ability to build productive relationships and networks.

  • Effective team-builder with excellent problem-solving skills.
