Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Project/Programme Manager with strong technical and analytical skills to manage the successful delivery of key initiatives within our clients programme. This individual will work across a complex system landscape, ensuring that all upstream and downstream impacts are understood, documented, and communicated effectively to drive timely resolution and maintain delivery timelines.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Map and maintain dependencies across multiple systems and processes within the programme landscape.
  • Identify and assess risk points and potential failure impacts across interconnected systems.
  • Ensure timely escalation of issues, providing detailed analysis and clear impact assessments to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with programme leads and delivery teams to proactively manage risks and drive resolution.
  • Produce and maintain dependency maps, dashboards, and impact assessment reports for programme governance.
  • Act as a bridge between business, technical teams, and leadership, translating complex technical information into actionable insights.

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven track record in programme management and/or project management within large, complex programmes.
  • Excellent data literacy with ability to interpret and present technical information clearly.
  • Strong stakeholder management and issue escalation skills, ensuring timely decision-making and resolution.
  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
