We're looking for a Technical Project Manager who thrives in cross-functional environments and can lead Digital Projects through their entire lifecycle—from business analysis and design to development, testing, and delivery. You’ll coordinate people, align priorities, and shape solutions that matter.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead digital projects from idea to delivery across multiple streams:
    • Business Analysis – Gather and translate requirements into clear user stories
    • UX/UI Design – Collaborate with designers to shape user-centered experiences
    • Development – Coordinate front-end and back-end workflows, ensuring feasibility and quality
    • Testing – Plan and supervise testing activities to ensure performance and reliability
    • Delivery – Drive timelines, stakeholder alignment, and successful go-lives
  • Own client and vendor relationships—ensure transparency, clarity, and satisfaction
  • Bridge business needs with technical execution through thoughtful communication
  • Create detailed documentation, training materials, and delivery support plans lans
Requirements

Essential:

  • 5-8 years total professional experience in technology, digital, or related fields
  • 2-4 years in project management roles with demonstrated progression from technical positions
  • Technical foundation: Software development, engineering, or IT background preferred
  • Digital project expertise: Web applications, mobile apps, e-commerce, or SaaS platforms
  • Methodology experience: Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project management approaches
  • Tool proficiency: Jira, Confluence, Wrike, MS Project, or similar PM platforms
  • Communication excellence: Fluent in Greek and English (written and verbal)
  • Client-facing experience: Direct stakeholder management and relationship building

Preferred:

  • Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent credentials
  • Agency/consultancy background: Experience in client services or digital agency environments
  • International exposure: Working with global teams or international clients
  • Industry specialization: E-commerce, fintech, media, or enterprise software projects
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
