Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt für unseren Standort in Neuenstadt a. K. eine Teamassistenz (m/w/d) in Teilzeit oder als Minijob.
Was Sie erwartet:
- Organisation des Empfangsbereiches
- Posteingang , -ausgang und -verwaltung
- Begrüßung von Kunden und Besuchern
- Organisation von Meetings inkl. Vorbereitung der Meetingräume und Catering
- Ansprechpartner für Büromaterialbestellungen
- Allgemeine Assistenzaufgaben
- Erstellung von Präsentationsunterlagen, Auswertungen und Datenanalysen
- Allgemeine Bearbeitung und Verwaltung des Schriftverkehrs
- Unterstützung der Fachbereiche
Wonach wir suchen:
- Kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Einschlägige Berufserfahrung wünschenswert
- Grundkenntnisse in Englisch
