Join us as an intern in 2025 and get a taste of the MDLZ business and the FMCG industry, while working on your professional development and growth.
This is a full-time internship in the Quality Assurance team, based in Kazichene for a duration of 6 months, starting as soon as possible. You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience- through supporting the ongoing projects, ensuring high standards in operation are achieved daily and development of innovative initiatives. During the whole duration of the internship, you will have a team that enables you and provides valuable advice from experience, as well as an assigned mentor.

More about this role:
- Control the quality of food products produced on the respective shift by analyzing intermediate and finished products
- Monitors compliance with good manufacturing and hygiene practices
- Participates in the resolution of customer complaint cases
- Actively participates in the development and implementation of procedures in accordance with Quality Policies
- Monitors compliance with cleaning procedures
- Properly documents activities performed and is part of the team to maintain the principles of ISO Standard and HACCP
- Works in close liaison with Quality Control Manager, producing a daily report of non-conformances found and actions taken to rectify them.
What you will contribute to our work:
- Effective teamwork
- Attention to detail and following written instructions
- Effective communication- verbally and in writing
- MS office applications.
What you will bring:
- High school graduate or final year student - in food or other related field
- Fluency in English
- Very good communication skills
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to work in a team.
