The Role
We're looking for a Talent Program Manager to join a cross-functional group of operators and specialists who are responsible for executing on people initiatives that support Palantir's talented employees, work, and values. Our mandate is broad, and you'll work on projects that span People Experience operational responsibilities as well as internal events, new hire onboarding, and logistics support.
As a Talent Program Manager, you’ll work with other program managers to support initiatives across People Experience, Events, and Learning. You’ll host Indoc, our new-hire program, in London about every other week and partner with company leaders to improve the program and showcase great work across the business.
