Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you are responsible for delivering internal recruitment and recommending recruitment strategies. This role will be based in our office in Aberdeen and is a full time position, however we will consider flexible working for the right candidate.

You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide support throughout the recruitment process. You will also work with other Talent Acquisition Specialists, the Talent Acquisition Manager and local HR Management and Advisors to provide regular updates on recruitment progress, to ensure a coherent approach to recruitment across the UK and support a smooth onboarding process for candidates.

Who we’re looking for:

  • Extensive previous recruitment experience in a similar role including previous experience of direct sourcing
  • Previous experience using LinkedIn Recruiter to source active and passive candidates
  • Excellent English language verbal and written communication skills
  • Extensive experience of interviewing and evaluating candidates
  • Fully conversant with employment laws, practices and Immigration Regulations pertaining to the full recruitment process.
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
