Job Description
The Systems Engineer will be part of an integrated Operations & Sustainment (O&S) team and will interface with engineering resources located at other facilities. This position requires strong Windows operating system experience. The Systems Engineer is responsible for supporting testing events involving the iSToRE program. The Systems Engineer will be responsible for installing, testing and verification procedures for the iSToRE software. The Systems Engineer is responsible for investigation into operational and testing issues and performing problem escalation with factory and on-site based Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) as required. Will troubleshoot problems and advise on the appropriate action. Responsible for initial assessment, triage, research, providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, or software. Responds to queries, isolates problem, and determines/implements solution. The Systems Engineer will also be responsible for collecting information through a customer conversation, accessing support tools, and additional support staff if needed.

Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site in the testing facility. This means work will be conducted on location 100% of the time.

Full-Time Salary Range: $95106 - $161680

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.

The Systems Engineer will be responsible for the following:
- Open, update, track Defects in Service Plus to closure and coordinate with segments and iSToRE and GXP Factory SME. After troubleshooting issue provide the details and products to Factory for their investigation.
- Open, modify, track RFS' in Volt to test closure
- Attend segment and Enterprise Test Events meetings and to answer questions and present charts (TRR, TRB, status, etc)
- Attend iSToRE BAE PMO, Government PMO, QPMR meetings to provide status and answer questions
- Install and test iSToRE and OGC releases, SSD (Security Supplemental Disc), and TAA (Tools and Apps)
- Provide administration to users, groups, and roles
- Provide Server backups and retain 3 months, restore from backup when required
- Retain 1 year of products on test systems
- Request security scans and mitigate any findings
- Assist with and conduct IV&V iSToRE program events
- Standup new Servers and conduct onboarding (HBSS, ACAS, CRIBL, DNS, NPE, FCR, PPSM)
- Decommission Servers as needed

- Hold a current Top Secret/SCI security clearance
- Able to pass Counter Intelligence Polygraph
- Experience with Windows operating system administration
- Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) administration
