Job Description
About the position
We have an excellent opportunity available for a Supply Planning Manager Infant to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. The Supply Planning Manager Infant lies within the West Europe, in the EPDM Zone. You'll be working in a high performing team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. You'll be reporting into the Snr Manager Supply Planning QSM and Infant. The Supply Planning Manager Infant optimizes the delivery of service, inventory and cost, whilst ensuring the continuous improvement of processes and outcomes. You will need to be able to balance a number of competing priorities at the same time and pivot between topics with ease. You will work closely with demand planning, factories, procurement and logistics teams to ensure a proper flow of information and operational execution.
In brief, you are responsible for:

  • Lead and develop a team of supply planners
  • Lead Delivery Portfolio CFR Target
    • Lead the identification and mitigation of CFR risks within portfolio
    • Lead the resolution of CFR cuts through root cause analysis, corrective & preventative mitigation actions
    • Lead Delivery of Portfolio Inventory Target, IWL Norms, & Excess Reduction Target
    • Maintain portfolio within agreed stock norms - safety stock & target stock
    • Establish action plans and procedures to optimize inventory levels, minimize stockouts, and reduce excess inventory
    • Lead the Minimization of Supply Chain Losses & Achievement of Best Logistics Cost
    • Lead improvement plans to prevent re-occurrence of risk items
    • Identify and implement projects and process improvements to continuously enhance supply planning operations
    • Drive 100% system driven planning and ensure utilization of OMP functionality
    • Ensure compliance of KHC business and supply planning practices


Qualifications
Please kindly note that you need to have an EU Working Permit (Orientation Year Visa not included) in order to proceed for this position.

  • Experience coaching, developing and leading teams.
  • Experience in an IBP/S&OP environment
  • Good knowledge of MS office
  • Experience with large ERP system(s)
  • Well-developed interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational, project management and coordination skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
