Location
We are looking for a Student Assistant, IT Data Analyst to join the team at our headquarters in Brøndby, Denmark.
Role Summary
As a Student Assistant, IT Data Analyst, you'll support data-related work across the organization, with a focus on the IT department. You'll contribute to data-driven decision-making by managing and analyzing IT data - including costs associated with software, hardware, and other IT resources - and helping ensure accuracy and transparency in this area.
You’ll have room to influence your role as your skills grow. Initially, you’ll focus on creating reports and insights that help decision-makers, and over time you can move closer to data analysis and business discussions.
What You Will Do
Create and Update Reports:
- Аssist in creating new reports to address specific needs, guided by stakeholders' requirements.
- Collaborate closely with team members to gather and organize data, and contribute to report development through data loading, transformation, and visualization techniques.
- Support the updating of existing reports as needs evolve, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
Maintain Data Integrity:
- Assist in routine maintenance tasks to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Proactively identify and troubleshoot errors and communicate resolutions effectively to team members.
Support Other Tools and Platforms:
- Provide assistance in creating PowerPoint presentations and Excel spreadsheets as needed.
What You Bring to The Team:
- Currently studying a related field within IT, Data Science, Data Analytics or studying business with a flair for data analytics and insights
- Comfortable using Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
- Familiarity with DAX, the coding language of Power BI, or exposure to SQL basics.
- Ability to recognize and perform common data preprocessing tasks, such as data cleaning and transformations
- High level of English skills, both verbal and written

- You can create clear, user-friendly reports that communicate insights effectively.
- You can conduct thorough investigations into the root causes of errors or anomalies.

You will be joining the IT Operations & End User Services team within Global IT, responsible for delivering the Digital Workplace and end-user support to all Milestone employees, while ensuring the availability and reliability of our IT services.
As part of a global organization that provides IT solutions across software development, cloud services, cybersecurity, data analytics, and more, you will contribute to a team that safeguards enterprise architecture, drives secure and compliant IT practices, and supports business and customer needs.
