What do we need?

We are looking for a Strategic Finance & Systems Manager to join our corporate finance team. You will be a force multiplier, responsible for driving the optimization of Dotmatics strategic financial model and advancing the finance team’s analytical roadmap through scalable solutions

In this role you will;

Strategic finance

  • Be responsible for consolidating financial data, preparing monthly financial package and presenting to Senior Management
  • Analyze financial results and market trends and identifying business opportunities, developing financial models and forecasts
  • Present key findings to quorum of senior leaders to mitigate risk and enhance opportunities to achieve strategic plans
  • Develop a robust library of tailored reports and/or dashboards that provide relevant real-time insights into financial and operations results, KPIs and business drivers

Systems & Analytics

  • Serve as a functional expert for our enterprise planning (Jedox). Own the design, enhancement, administration and data governance of the platform.
  • Lead the development and implementation of templates, frameworks and operating processes within Data and Finance, with a focus on standardizing, automating, and optimizing the budgeting / forecasting processes.
  • Partner with Sales, Accounting, Finance and Data teams to streamline and optimize systems processes and data workflows to reduce friction, improve efficiency, and most importantly, up level the accuracy, depth and breadth of financial and operational monitoring and reporting.
  • Champion adoption and change management through the development of trainings, documentation, and enablement resources.
  • Spearhead the adoption of new technologies, including Artificial Intelligence, to keep Dotmatics at the forefront of industry best practices.
  • Attain relevant system certifications.

We are looking for people who have a Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Finance, Accounting, Economics or similar Finance are plus relevant experience in systems/technology consulting, finance systems, or related fields. You will be a self starter and demonstrate deep understanding of accounting & Finance along with a project management mindset & be comfortable working in an everchanging, fast paced environment.

The key skills we are looking for

  • Previous experience as a Strategic Finance professional
  • Advance expertise in data visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau), ERPs (Netsuite, Intacct), CRMs (SFDC), and enterprise performance management systems (such as Anaplan, Hyperion, Jedox)
  • Deep knowledge of database concepts, SQL queries, and data integration techniques.
  • Advanced knowledge with finance and accounting concepts, forecasting processes, and SaaS KPIs.
  • Highly analytical, detail-oriented, data driven; creative thinker with a customer-first approach to problem solving.
