To succeed in this role, you must be comfortable influencing leaders across the company and navigating complex technical and organisational challenges. Being entrepreneurial and having a growth mindset is critical.

  • Build a deep understanding of the unique customer needs in international markets, and translate these insights into a prioritised international product roadmap.
  • Work with every product team at the company to drive internationalisation projects and bring their product areas up to the internationalisation bar.
  • Establish success metrics for internationalisation platform that contribute to long-term company success.
What We’re Looking For:
  • 6+ years in product management at a B2B company or on operational products
  • Deep analytical and dive deep skills. Ability to synthesise results for an executive level audience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to influence up and across successfully.
  • Previous experience in a startup or new team environment.
