Duetto is looking for a Staff Accountant to assist in various areas of the accounting department. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, a strong problem-solver, have strong analytical skills, be self-motivated, and be able to work independently. The position requires excellent collaborative and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage regional payrolls with various payroll vendors.
- Manage worldwide employee T&E reporting.
- Prepare journal entry and month-end-close reconciliation.
- Support accounts receivable for invoicing and collection as needed.
- Assist with company audits and compile supporting documentation as necessary.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting/finance.
- Experience with Microsoft Office.
- Experience with NetSuite is a plus.
- Ability to work independently or in a team.
- The ability to manage time effectively is a must.
- Experience working in a fast-growing environment is highly preferred.
- Ability to work professionally with confidential information.
- English language is a must.
- German and Spanish Language preferred, but not required.
