The Senior Product Manager at Navan will lead product vision, collaborate with engineers and designers, and drive product strategy for business travel solutions.

As a Senior UX Researcher, you will be a driving force in shaping the user experience of our Enterprise & EMEA products. You will operate with significant autonomy, taking ownership of research projects from inception to impact. You will be responsible for proactively identifying research opportunities, defining objectives, and executing studies that deliver critical insights to product strategy and design. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will be the voice of the user, ensuring our offerings resonate with the diverse needs and workflows of our global enterprise user base. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead research initiatives in an evolving travel landscape, influence product direction, and contribute to a strong user-centered culture.


What You’ll Do:

  • Lead Autonomous Research: Drive roadmap projects, define research objectives, and proactively solve roadblocks for enterprise and EMEA users.
  • End-to-End Research & Surveys: Manage full research lifecycles, including designing and deploying surveys to gather user insights.
  • NPS Analysis & Reporting: Generate monthly NPS analysis reports to track user sentiment.
  • Insight Generation & Communication: Analyze research and survey data to deliver clear, actionable insights and product implications to stakeholders.
  • Influence Product Strategy: Act as the voice of the user, strategically contributing to product design and planning.
  • Drive Research Excellence: Champion research quality, participate in peer reviews, and mentor colleagues.
  • Deep User & Industry Understanding: Develop expertise in enterprise/EMEA user needs and the broader industry to inform impactful research.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience conducting UX research in a product development environment, demonstrating increasing levels of autonomy and impact.
  • Proven experience conducting research with enterprise users and a strong understanding of enterprise software and workflows.
  • Expertise in a variety of qualitative and quantitative research methods and a strong understanding of when and how to apply them strategically.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear, concise, and actionable insights.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex information and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency with relevant research tools (Lookback, Optimal Workshop, SurveyMonkey, Google Analytics, R, Tableau).
  • Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
