The Role

As Sr. Technical Product Manager - Integrations and Ecosystems at Ceros, you will be responsible for driving forward the integrations that connect our creative platform to the broader marketing technology ecosystem. This role requires a deep understanding of APIs, integrations, and how ecosystems operate within Martech stacks to ensure seamless functionality and maximum value for our users. You need to be equally comfortable engaging in product discussions as well as diving deep into technical conversations around API design and integration architecture.

In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with engineering, design, and current and potential partners. You’ll balance fast-paced execution with strategic decision-making, ensuring that every integration not only functions flawlessly but also resonates with our users. Your ability to empathize deeply with users, anticipate challenges, and offer intuitive, innovative solutions will be key to your success.

You’ll dive deep into identifying potential integrations and partners, validating these ideas with customers, and driving product development from ideation through launch and iteration. Your data-influenced approach, combined with a passion for customer-centric solutions, will help push the boundaries of what an integrated creative platform can achieve.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of our customers, partners, and ecosystem to help inform product decisions
  • Work with stakeholders and leadership on our integrations and API strategy
  • Own the integrations and API roadmap
  • Drive the integrations and API product life cycle from research and design through to implementation
  • Collaborate with commercial teams, customers, and partners to gather and validate requirements
  • Assist in go-to-market activities to ensure successful product launches and updates

Practical stuff we anticipate you having

  • 5+ years of experience in product management in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Prior experience in a martech role (integrations / APIs / ecosystems) is a must have 
  • Technical knowledge around APIs and integrations
  • An eye for top quality API design and documentation
  • Experience building and promoting an API ecosystem and developer program would be advantageous
  • Ability to articulate complex technical topics, diplomatically address customer concerns, while providing consistent and high levels of customer satisfaction and retention in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment, able to adapt to change and manage shifting priorities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, able to work effectively with remote teams.
