(Key responsibilities) How will you make a difference:

  • Market intelligence—be the expert on our clients and buyers of global recruiting services, who they are, how they buy and their key buying criteria and if it differs across regions.
  • Understand the competitive landscape—be an expert on our competition, how they are positioned and why we win and lose.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales and product development to develop and refine our messaging framework and positioning that resonates stand alone or as part of a broader suite of offerings.
  • Understand and document our buyer’s process, including where they get information, and the who, what, when and why behind the decisions they make. Drive change in our GTM motion and cross sell efforts as needed.
  • Develop a marketing plan for the products & services you support in conjunction with our marketing team, including key activities and budgets to support the cross selling of our recruiting services into our existing client base as well as the acquisition of new recruiting clients.
  • Assess the effectiveness of the marketing programs that support your growth objectives, reporting monthly to the business.
  • Act as a SME for recruiting, including speaking engagements and written works.
  • Understand and support our sales teams, training them on the problems we solve, for who, developing tools and collaterals and teaching them how and when to use it.

(Requirements/ Qualifications) What will make you stand out:

  • 5+ years of product marketing experience or similar experience with at least 3 years of experience in a market-facing role (e.g. delivering presentations to clients and prospects, conducting competitor analysis and market research)
  • Proficient in productivity applications such as Microsoft Office, Monday.com, Jira.
  • Comfortable using collaboration and CRM tools such as MS TEAMS and Salesforce.
  • Familiar with marketing automation tools such as Marketo, Pardot and Omniture, and Google Analytics.
  • Power user of social media tools such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and Instagram.
  • Exceptional data analysis and ROI-tracking skills, able to prove what is –or isn’t—working.
  • Must be a strong public speaker, comfortable in front of large, senior groups, and a solid writer.
  • Excellent people and stakeholder management skills to interact with colleagues, cross-functional teams, clients, prospects, analysts. Team player!
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing; MBA preferred.
  • Pragmatic Institute Certified (PMC) III or Product Marketing Alliance certification preferred.
