About the role

As (Sr.) Product Engineer (m/f/d) - GaN, you will join our talented and ambitious Gallium Nitride (GaN) R&D team, directly contributing to our ability to successfully produce GaN devices.

What you will do

  • Demonstrate proficiency in electrical results analysis (parametric probe, final tests data)

  • Build dashboards to map out yield across the supply chain

  • Perform yield analysis and oversee lots disposition work

  • Support and partially lead failure investigations for low yield with stakeholders

  • Support and drive yield improvement and cost reduction activities

What you will need

  • Master’s degree in Experimental Physics, Electronics Engineering, or a similar discipline (PhD preferred)

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, depending on educational credentials

  • Experience of power semiconductor devices, ideally wide band gap GaN HEMTs

  • Industrial experience in yield or product engineering highly desirable

  • Strong data analysis skill and problem-solving skills

  • Good communication skills and professional experience in multicultural environment

  • Fluent in English (both spoken and written), German is a plus
