Your Impact:  

People Operations  

  • Employee Lifecycle Management: Own and enhance EMEA-focused pre-onboarding, onboarding, and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless employee experience. Conduct exit interviews and provide insights to inform retention strategies. 
  • Operational Excellence: Partner with the global team to implement and optimize ServiceNow (SNOW) for the EMEA/APAC regions, including ticketing workflows and knowledge base (KB) enhancements to drive self-service. 
  • Compliance Management: Ensure adherence to EMEA employment laws, mandatory training, audits, and local regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR). Drive People Ops international compliance deliverables and support annual audits. 
  • Data and Reporting: Leverage Workday and other tools to perform regular data audits, produce regional reports, and deliver meaningful workforce insights for leadership. 
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency across HR processes, collaborating with global and regional teams to implement scalable solutions. 
  • Employee Experience: Act as a trusted advisor for employees and managers, fostering engagement, ensuring alignment with company values, and driving initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction.  

 

HRBP Support  

  • Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations matters, including performance management, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation. 
  • Performance & Compensation Management: Support EMEA compensation and performance review cycles, including preparing communications, coaching managers, and ensuring consistency and fairness. 
  • Workforce Planning: Collaborate with HRBPs team on regional workforce planning, providing insights, tracking key priorities for the business and other projects. 

 

Your Toolkit:   

  • 8+ years of combined HR Operations and generalist experience, with experience covering the EMEA region (APAC experience desired) and a focus on enhancing employee lifecycle process and programs. Tech industry/start-up experience is a plus.  
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and compliance requirements within EMEA. 
  • Proven ability to balance operational tasks with strategic HRBP responsibilities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 
  • A collaborative mindset, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to solving employee and manager challenges. 
  • Experience with Workday (required), ServiceNow (required), and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. 
  • Ability to analyze and interpret HR data to provide actionable insights and recommendations. 
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred plus local HR certification. 
  • Ability to travel to the Reading and London office weekly, and additionally as needed.
