About This Role

We are seeking a dedicated IT professional who will oversee all EMEA IT operations. The ideal candidate will provide technical and operational support to employees in the EMEA region while working with our HQ IT team to maintain high IT standards globally. This role requires strong technical skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment solving both technical and operational challenges.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate should have both technical and operational experience, supporting a regional and diverse team in an IT admin role. They should understand the daily aspects of IT operations in a fast-growing and dynamic company.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all EMEA IT operations.
  • Troubleshoot IT-related issues, including:
    • Hardware
    • Systems
    • Networking
    • Audio & Video
    • Asset Management
  • Administer a wide variety of SaaS applications, including provisioning, modifying, and removing access.
  • Manage IT procurement, vendor relationships, and inventory for all hardware and software.
  • Partner with business units and collaborate on IT-related projects.
  • Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Support a global workforce by partnering with overseas IT teams, employees, and consultants.
  • Analyze existing IT processes, suggest improvements, and implement business processes where needed.
  • Adapt to new challenges as the business scales and evolves.
  • Take on responsibilities beyond this job description as the company grows.
  • Oversee IT support for remote employees.

Requirements

  • Prior IT/helpdesk/customer service experience.
  • A 5-star customer service mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with macOS, Windows, Linux, iOS, and Android devices.
  • Ability to administer Google Workspace (G-Suite).
  • Experience working with SSO platforms (Okta, OneLogin, etc.).
  • Capability to manage AV hardware and software, including Zoom and other video conferencing tools.
  • Familiarity with our technology stack, including:
    • Jira, Okta, Slack, Salesforce, Zoom & Zoom Rooms, Kandji, Intune, VoIP telephony, among others.
  • Knowledge of networking concepts (switching, firewalls, subnetting, wireless technologies, VPNs, LAN/WAN, etc.).
  • Experience with office moves and expansions.
  • Understanding of global asset management.
  • Experience with international shipping.
  • Flexible work schedule—early mornings, late nights, and unexpected calls/messages may be required to ensure company success.

Annual Pay Range

Below is the annual on-target earnings (OTE) range for full-time employees for this position, comprised of base compensation and commissions (if applicable).
