What's the role about?
We are looking for a senior, hands-on Data Engineer with strong experience in PySpark and distributed data systems to help scale our data infrastructure. This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy solving complex data challenges, building robust data pipelines, and working closely with experienced technical peers in highly collaborative environments.
You will contribute from day one to the design, optimization, and reliability of scalable data processing systems that support business intelligence and AI/ML initiatives.

What do we require from you?

  • Strong professional experience with Python
  • 3–5+ years of hands-on PySpark experience in production environments
  • Experience building and maintaining large-scale data pipelines
  • Strong understanding of distributed computing systems
  • Proven ability to design, develop, and optimize data processing workflows
  • Experience working with cloud environments (any major provider)
  • Ability to contribute independently with minimal ramp-up time
  • Strong English communication skills (comfortable in highly collaborative environments)
