As part of the Partner Marketing Team in EMEA, you will play a key role in bringing stories and marketing campaigns to life, inspired by the Athlete Way—featuring products, athletes, and services that inspire and enable the next generation. You will support and execute seasonal marketing plans, ensuring product innovation and consumer engagement are at the forefront across retail partners and their channels. You will also evaluate campaign performance and apply learnings to future storytelling efforts.

For this role, we seek an enthusiastic marketeer with a background in digital and retail marketing, a strong affinity for sport and culture, and a deep understanding of the sporting goods industry and marketplace. You are passionate about envisioning the future of the industry and how we can better serve our Nike consumers—starting with Her.

We value innovative thinking, a growth mindset, and a commitment to executional excellence. The ability to work effectively in teams and with multiple partners is essential.

Are you ready to bring your energy and expertise to our dynamic team? Join us in pushing the boundaries of marketing innovation!

What you will work on

  • Support seasonal campaigns and always-on storytelling, helping to bring Nike’s marketing plans to life.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including Nike teams, marketplace partners, agencies, and vendors.
  • Act as a key liaison between integrated marketing teams, ensuring alignment and collaboration.
  • Gather and analyze consumer insights to improve how we serve our consumers and provide valuable feedback to partners, marketing functions, and EMEA teams to help shape seasonal and long-term strategies.

Who you will work with

This role requires close collaboration with key stakeholders across multiple functions, including:

  • Marketplace Partners (MPUs)
  • Women’s Nike Sportswear Brand
  • Brand Creative
  • Product Merchandising
  • Catalyst Marketing
  • Sports Marketing
  • Planning
  • City Marketing

As a key connector across these teams, you will help drive cohesive and impactful seasonal campaigns across the EMEA region.

What you bring

  • Experience working in an account marketing or category marketing team, with direct responsibility for digital and retail marketing plans and 360 marketing executions (O2O). Experience in media, membership, or loyalty programs is a plus.
  • A strong background in account management, with experience owning and managing external relationships at all levels and the ability to influence and drive shared brand and business goals.
  • A true passion for sport and a deep belief in its power to move the world forward.
  • A passion for the Nike brand and a strong motivation to contribute to Partner Marketing.
  • A drive for innovation, always seeking new ways to improve and refine marketing approaches.
  • Experience in campaign management, with a track record of supporting teams in successful end-to-end execution.
  • The ability to navigate multiple priorities with agility, shifting focus as needed based on brand and business objectives.
  • A commitment to executional excellence, with strong planning and detail-oriented skills.

If you’re excited to help shape the future of Nike Partner Marketing in EMEA, we’d love to hear from you!
