As a Speakers Bureau , Senior Associa te, in the Industry Engagement Marketing team, you will support the Speakers Bureau for Payments globally. You will partner across the business, subject matter experts and external stakeholders to highlight and strengthen our speakers and thought leadership at industry events. Your role involves conceptualising, writing, and editing content that aligns with key business priorities and broader marketing strategies, helping us tell our story in an engaging and differentiated way.
Job responsibilities
  • Lead research, planning and speaker clearance and proposal submissions for J.P. Morgan Payments industry and third-party conference speaking engagements . Research and recommend new ideas based on competitive reviews, social listening, industry trends, customer experience research and performance metrics.
  • Create engaging thought leadership topics, session content and messaging to drive engagement, brand awareness and action.
  • Organise and prioritise content project requests, including creating project plans and timelines.
  • Work with internal marketing partners, business stakeholders and subject matter experts to develop thought leadership content that highlight our unique differentiators and strengthens our positioning.
  • Lead content preparation calls with speakers, internal and external partners to ensure deliverables meet the content and messaging goals for the event.
  • Work with social media team to plan and schedule organic social media to amplify our events and messaging.
  • Maintain talking points database and keep a pulse on the latest trends and solutions.
  • Create engaging and eye-catching materials to support speakers talk tracks, for presenting on stage, in-line with J.P. Morgan branding.
  • Ensure content adheres to control, audit, legal and compliance requirements.
  • Manage workload, track and report progress, deliver against deadlines.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
  • 4+ years of professional experience in marketing with focus on financial services, business
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills as well as ability to build collaborative relationships and effectively partner across teams, functions and levels.
  • Able to gather, interpret and incorporate feedback from stakeholders, both written and verbal.
  • Proven end-to-end project management with the ability to organise, prioritise and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment - equally comfortable working independently and as a team member.
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); Project Management tools (Teams, Workfront).
  • Highly creative, bringing a diverse perspective that makes content stand out.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing or Communications or other related degree
  • Blend of editorial and storytelling skills, including short-form (e.g. LinkedIn posts) and long-form (e.g. thought leadership articles)
  • Experience writing for a B2B audience or in financial services, business
  • Experience in creating compelling content for traditional (e.g., sales collateral) and digital channels (e.g. web, email, social, video).
  • Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and PowerPoint is a plus, but not required.
