We are looking for a Sourcing Specialist to join our Procurement Supply Chain division in our Motor and Rescue Category. You will report into our Senior Sourcing Manager. The Motor & Rescue P&SC team covers a broad spectrum of categories, including mobility provision, salvage, repair, legal services, rescue networks, glazing, and many more.

What you'll be doing:

You will lead sourcing projects and support procurement colleagues on strategic projects and category wide plans. You will support the development of category strategies through the analysis of data and the gathering of intelligence, bringing together supplier and industry knowledge.

You will provide procurement support to projects, including guidance regarding the procurement process and you will support and facilitate the process of negotiating and compiling contractual documentation.

You will develop credible relationships with partners through procurement knowledge, commercial value-add and good communication. You will demonstrate and optimise the use of E-sourcing systems in all RFX activities and promote the use throughout Procurement and amongst stakeholder networks.

What you'll need:

We are looking for someone who has some sourcing experience regardless of the category or industry this experience is in, although experience within the motor and rescue sector is desirable.
