About the department
Our focus is getting the best people to work at Cloudflare and then allowing you to do your best work. You will work closely with Recruiters and hiring managers in the EMEA region to source passive and active candidates. We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Sourcing Recruiter to join our dynamic Recruiting team and spearhead the initial phase of our recruitment process.
What you'll do
As a Sales Sourcing Recruiter, you will be responsible to utilize different creative sourcing channels to search for potential candidates, outreach passive candidates, and build talent pipelines for future and current employment needs. You will proactively recognize our hiring needs and assist in filling open vacancies with qualified candidates and promote our brand.
Responsibilities will include:

  • Employ diverse channels to actively search for potential candidates, engage with passive candidates, and cultivate talent pipelines for future hiring needs
  • Using Applicant Tracking System and Candidate Management System to streamline recruitment process
  • Phone screen candidates and qualify against key requirements of the hiring team
  • Partner with hiring managers and Recruiters to source diverse Engineering candidates, helping increase diversity at both the Individual Contributor and Manager levels
  • Achieving quarterly targets for number of sourced candidates, interviewed and hired
  • Identify and flag any issues with the search or ideal candidate profile to the Recruiter and hiring manager


Examples of desirable skills, knowledge and experience

  • Minimum of 5 years experience as a Sales Sourcer or related experience - ideally hiring in DACH or Benelux
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing strategies, and resourcefulness across all stages of recruitment process
  • Creative problem-solver, outstanding time management and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a highly team-based environment
  • Ability to present our company, promote our brand, and share open roles to potential candidates effectively
  • Demonstrated ability to be detail-oriented, and have strong organizational skills
  • Knowledge or experience of Boolean searching or LinkedIn Recruiter advantageous
  • Measure conversion rates which includes the number of passive candidates who transform into applicants, get invited to interviews, get offers and get hired.


Available Locations: London or Amsterdam or Munich - Hybrid - Fixed Term 11 Months
