We’re looking for a Solution Designer who is curious about what’s next in AI and knows how to turn that curiosity into real, practical outcomes. In this role, you’ll stay on top of emerging AI trends and technologies, bring that knowledge into our environment, and quickly build a strong understanding of our internal AI tool stack. From there, you’ll act as a trusted advisor—guiding teams on which tools to use for specific use cases, especially when it comes to process automation and intelligent solutions.
The role is not just about knowing the tools, but about making the right choices. You’ll design solutions that are fit for purpose, explain your reasoning clearly, and confidently defend your approach in front of architects and technical stakeholders. Your designs will be backed by solid technical understanding and captured in clear, structured documentation. If you enjoy connecting innovation with real business value and can stand behind your decisions with both confidence and clarity, this role will give you the space to make a real impact.
What you’ll do:
Turn business, functional, and non-functional requirements into actionable technical designs and specifications.
Integrate AI and automation technologies (e.g., Power Automate, UiPath) into solution blueprints.
Ensure solutions are secure, performant, scalable, and compliant in both cloud (Azure) and hybrid environments.
Design modern APIs, integration patterns, and data flows in collaboration with engineers, DevOps, service management, and infrastructure teams.
Act as a design authority within Agile delivery teams—supporting sprint planning, technical guidance, and continuous improvement.
Produce high-quality design artefacts, maintain architectural governance, and keep up to date with emerging technology trends.
About you:
Proven ability to design and deliver enterprise-scale technology solutions.
Hands-on experience with AI, automation, cloud-native design, or digital workflow modernisation.
Working knowledge of software engineering practices (version control, CI/CD, code reviews) and relevant languages (C#, Python, JavaScript, SQL).
Experience with APIs, REST, integration and data modelling; understanding of middleware, message queues (e.g., Kafka, Service Bus), and ETL/ELT workflows.
Experience designing solutions that work with legacy systems, SaaS, and enterprise applications.
Certifications such as TOGAF, Azure/GCP Architect, ITIL, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, Azure AI Engineer, UiPath, or Power Automate are an advantage.
Bratislava Only: Gross monthly salary from €3,000. Final salary will be determined using objective criteria including relevant skills, experience and qualifications.
