Role Description:
We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to play a pivotal role in shaping our technological vision, designing innovative solutions, and overseeing the IT strategy, governance, and operations to ensure alignment between business goals and IT infrastructure.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of enterprise architecture principles, strong technical expertise, and a passion for driving digital transformation.
He/She will bridge the gap between business and technology, fostering collaboration across departments and delivering value through cutting-edge IT solutions.
As part of the consulting team, our Solution Architect will:
- Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and IT strategy.
- Design architect scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions across applications, data, infrastructure, and integrations.
- Act as the leader for solution design and go-to-market strategies in the technology domain, ensuring solutions are tailored to meet client needs.
- Support sales activities in the financial services domain, providing technical expertise and contributing to proposals and client presentations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors, to define requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Identify emerging technologies and trends, evaluate their potential impact, and propose innovative applications for business growth.
- Provide expert guidance and resolution for technical challenges, ensuring solutions are sustainable and cost-effective.
Skills and Experience
To qualify for the role you must have:
- At least 5 years of experience as a Solution Architect, Enterprise Architect, or similar role.
- Proficiency in designing and implementing solutions using cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Expertise in modern technologies, including microservices, APIs, DevOps, and containerization.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Strong leadership and team collaboration abilities.
