As Solution Architect for the Clinics business, you’ll be controlling the relevant knowledge and intellectual property of our core platforms and understanding their data flows, capabilities, characteristics, potential and limitations. You will create compliant and robust solution architectures aligned with business requirements / goals / strategy, technology strategy, regulatory / legal requirements, and Bupa policy.
How you’ll help us make health happen:
As Solutions Architect at Bupa, you will:

Control relevant knowledge and intellectual property of our core Platforms and understanding their data flows, capabilities, characteristics, potential and limitations.

Understand and maintain data models and inter-system relationships, dependencies, and integrations.

Create compliant and robust solution architectures aligned with business and legal requirements, as well as policy.

Gather, analyse and manage business and solution requirements and translate them into functional and technical system designs across delivery projects.

Deliver Architectural Designs, Prototyping, Business and Logical Views, System Activation/Deactivation/Replacement

Provide IT technology leadership through BG&UK IT principles and controls.
Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:
-
Extensive experience of working as a solution architect, with some experience as a business or solutions analyst, developer, tester or similar project environment.

Strong experience of working across a broad range of technologies used in a clinics business environment including typically deployed applications (e.g. GP, Health Assessments, Musculoskeletal, Employee Assistance, Occupational Health), infrastructure (e.g. networks and clinical devices) and relevant standards, such as HL7, FHIR and DICOM.

ISEB certification or equivalent would be desirable.

Understanding and experience of Requirements Management.

Ability to manage your own time and allocations and work autonomously.

Resilience in an unpredictable and demanding environment where work levels can rapidly change.

Excellent stakeholder management skills and experience of working with different internal stakeholder groups, as well as and external suppliers.
