Compensation:
Compensation includes a base salary of $65,500.00 - $98,300.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.

The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members. Job Responsibilities:
- Gains familiarity with Software Test Engineering concepts, practices, and methodologies.
- With guidance, performs standard Software Test duties, including:
- Working with team members to review client requirements, design and associated functional specifications,
- Using standard methods and tools to test and ensure the quality of software applications,
- Defining test cases with product and engineering teams,
- Developing and executing automated and manual tests,
- Creating test documents covering a range of software features,
- Monitoring production systems to preemptively catch outages Troubleshooting and debugging identified issues,
- Writing and organizing test review documentation.
- Assists Team Leader and team colleagues on selected projects.
- Develops progress reports and communicates project status to manager and project stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 2 years' experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and up to 2 years' experience; or 6 years' experience in a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with testing framework such as Selenium a plus.
- Foundational skills in requirements analysis, software installation and support, system and technology integration, technical troubleshooting and technology savvy.
- Foundational skills in building positive relationship, collaborating with intent, communicating with impact, engaging others and influencing positive outcomes.
