At Quantcast, we don't just build advertising technology, we revolutionize how it works. Our AI-powered Demand Side Platform (DSP) connects the world's most ambitious marketers with their ideal audiences across the open internet, delivering results that actually move the needle. Since 2006, we've been the industry's trailblazer, launching the first AI-powered measurement platform for publishers and the first AI-driven DSP. Our AI doesn't just optimize—it delivers the measurable outcomes that matter most to our clients, giving them the competitive edge they need in a crowded marketplace. Ready to join the team that's defining the future of digital advertising?

The Partner Integrations Team at Quantcast plays a pivotal role in delivering seamless ad tech solutions by integrating our systems with key third-party partners. These integrations power essential capabilities such as audience selection, targeting, measurement, and reporting—helping our customers achieve their advertising objectives with precision and efficiency.

We are seeking a Software Engineer who thrives in a fast-paced, problem-solving environment and can work with a high degree of autonomy. In this role, you will design, build, and maintain technical integrations that operate at scale in high-volume, low-latency environments. You will apply critical thinking to complex challenges, proactively identify improvements, and contribute to the continued evolution of our platform.

What you'll do:

  • Design, build, and scale integrations between our high-performance distributed systems and third-party platforms.
  • Contribute to new feature development, architectural improvements, and integration tooling enhancements.
  • Maintain clean, high-quality, and well-documented codebases with a focus on readability, maintainability, and performance.
  • Bring creative and analytical thinking to solve complex technical problems and propose innovative solutions.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues in large-scale, mission-critical environments.
  • Participate in on-call rotations, taking ownership of urgent operational issues when they arise.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams while also demonstrating the ability to work independently and self-directedly.

Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum 1 - 2 years of industry experience in software engineering.
  • Proficient in Java with a deep understanding of the Java ecosystem.
  • Working knowledge of the Python ecosystem.
  • Strong fundamentals in software development practices—including version control, code review, testing, release processes, monitoring, and debugging.
  • Passion for tackling technical challenges in high-scale, low-latency distributed systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex problems into actionable steps.
  • Self-motivated, with the initiative to learn and adapt quickly in a rapidly evolving environment.
  • Interest in ad tech, systems integration, and performance optimization.
  • Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to take ownership and drive projects to completion.
